Registration and submission of abstracts

6th Doctoral student seminar of the DAAS

Registration for the Doctoral Student Seminar:

According to the decision of the GDCh, we forgo an in-person event this year and warmly invite you to an online doctoral student seminar. Registration and submission of oral abstracts is open.

Registration for the seminar:
For registration, please send us the completely filled-in registration form as soon as possible per e-mail at doktorandenseminar2021@uni-siegen.de. You may register for the event from now on until 16th August 2021.

After registration you will receive a confirmation for your registration via e-mail in the following days.
Important: If you would like to receive conference materials, please fill in your current home office address, in case you are not accessible at your institute/company address.

Conference fees:
Participation in the seminar is free of charge. Some offers during the seminar are limited to doctoral students that contribute with oral presentations.

Submission of oral talks:
We encourage all doctoral students to contribute with an online oral presentation in German or English. The duration for submitted oral talks (doctoral students) should be 15 min plus 5 min of discussion.
The duration of invited talks will be different from submitted student talks.
You may choose the language of presentation upon submission of the abstract and write the title and abstract in the respective language.

Abstracts:
Please send us your abstract in German or English to complete your registration for an oral talk. You may choose the language of the abstract and it has to be in accordance with the presentation. The abstract should not exceed 300 words.

The deadline for abstract submission is 16th August 2021.
